How perfect for me and the kid. Saw this at the Lismore Makers Market last Saturday. Jeremy, he of the handy hammer, said he would make one with a chair slightly wider on one side for my you-know-what, while the other side is just right for the kid. Its under $100 for a handmade item with beautiful attention to detail. So leave me a comment if you would like the contact details (in Lismore).
Friends of Lismore Regional Gallery have formed a small group called the Quad Squad, for the Lismore Quadrangle concept. It’s all about supporting the quest for a new gallery space in C Block, the old building behind the City Library an the Con of Music. Right now the Squad are gathering signatures from members of the community for the next application for Regional Funding. Last weekend we hit the Makers Market at the Conservatorium Of Music and had great success gathering over 80 signatures, 40 new Friends and pledges of financial support should the funding be successful! Look for us at the Magellan St and Carboot Markets soon and come and say hi. Or please visit the Gallery and give your signature there. And lastly, “Like” our Facebook page
